Trust me, I am NOT a dancer but that’s never stopped me. I LOVE TO DANCE! I don’t care what I look like, when the music starts to run through my veins and I start to move watch out. There is just something about dancing that makes me happy and brings an instant smile to my face. I can go hard or bring it down depending on my mood and ability –movement paired with music feeds my soul. When I am done, dripping in sweat, I breathe in joy, exhale stress and I’m ready to face the day……..so guess what?
Week 2 – We’re dancing!
When I stumbled upon SHINE DANCE FITNESS – WORKOUT FOR ALL on YouTube and met Kendall (virtually) I couldn’t help but be motivated and inspired to get off the couch!
She clearly is a dancer, but don’t let that intimidate you….she has a killer playlist, shows modifications for all levels and welcomes you as you are! Grab water and get moving even if you march in place the whole time…..”Get Your Shine On”
