From Freshman Five to Pandemic Pounds when will it ever end? As we all struggle with keeping our Mind, Body and Souls in check, the bottom line is some of us are just not moving enough!! I have never had a desk job- I walked 50,000 steps a day in the city and ran at my job all day long-then I would work out for my mind. I never had to think about how I was gonna get it in- Today I find myself really struggling to keep it moving and I know I’m not the only one. For those stuck inside or free to run the streets, Ladies it’s time to start “the pick of the week”. From around the world, all walks and styles, beginners to gym rats there will be something for everyone – I promise!
