I AM…….

So, I have this obsession with Positive Self-Talk and Affirmations, as I believe they are key to changing the tape playing in our heads.They have always been a part of my “Tool Kit” (more will be revealed ;)).

I practice every day………PRACTICE being the keyword in this sentence – trust me, I still have my moments! There are many ways to practice Positive Self-Talk and Affirmations but my all-time favorite is MIRROR TALK. That’s right – just you and the mirror. You gazing into your own eyes, speaking out loud to yourself as many times as you need to hear the message. Do it as many times a day as you need, whenever you pass a mirror.

Below are my daily affirmations. You can design your own and change them often but I urge you to stay in the present and start with I AM………

  • I AM KIND
  • I AM HAPPY
  • I AM HEALTHY
  • I AM STRONG
  • I AM BRILLIANT
  • I AM CREATIVE
  • I AM POWERFUL

  • I AM LOVED
